These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Medify AI website (medify-ai.com) and the Medify AI software platform (the "Services") provided by Medify AI ("Medify", "we", "us"). By accessing the website or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services
Medify provides software for fertility clinics, including clinic operations management (Vital), donor-recipient matching (Juno), AI-assisted embryo evaluation (EmbryoSight), and patient communication tools (ChatIA, Dialektika). Access to the platform is provided under a services agreement between Medify and the contracting clinic; those agreements take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
The Services support clinical and administrative workflows but do not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals.
Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are provisioned for clinic staff by the contracting clinic. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, uploading unlawful content, or using them to infringe the privacy or rights of patients or third parties.
Data protection
Clinics remain the controllers of the clinical and personal data they enter into the platform; Medify processes such data on their behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable data processing agreement.
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, logos, and content, are the property of Medify or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a services agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability related to the platform is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
